CIVVS is a registered trademark (®) under Trade Mark No. 5320410, Class 9, owned by Chakit Vaish, proprietor of CIV Ventes & Services. CIVVS.SamhitaOffice® is used as the product-brand identity for SamhitaOffice Gov Edition. SamhitaOffice Gov Edition is supplied, licensed, supported, and represented for government procurement by Swadesh Enterprises. SwadeshLABS is used as the technology and product lab identity under Swadesh Enterprises.
Supply Restriction. SamhitaOffice and related Swadesh Enterprises software ventures are restricted-supply products intended exclusively for Indian Government departments, State Government departments, Public Sector Undertakings, statutory bodies, autonomous government institutions, and organisations where the Government of India or any State Government holds more than 10% ownership or controlling interest. These products are not offered for retail sale, public internet download, general corporate procurement, multinational corporate use, or consumer distribution, irrespective of commercial price offered.
SamhitaOffice is based on modified open-source office-suite components and is distributed with applicable open-source license acknowledgements. Modified AGPL-covered components are handled in accordance with AGPL obligations. Swadesh Enterprises maintains separate proprietary modules, templates, activation, support, and deployment tooling where applicable. Detailed open-source and third-party notices are supplied with the software package where applicable.
