No internet, ever
Installer ships on signed media. The application runs without a single outbound network call — verifiable via your own packet capture.
Local storage only
Files live on your departmental file server, classified LAN share, or the officer's encrypted laptop. Nothing is mirrored to a third party.
Tamper-evident records
Each saved file carries a cryptographic seal. Any unauthorised modification is detected on next open.
Identity through DSC
Integrates with departmental Digital Signature Certificates and PKI cards for signing notings, e-File entries and PDFs.
Role-based access
Officer / Section / Branch roles map to read, draft, approve and seal permissions. Aligns with e-Office hierarchy.
Source escrow
Source code may be placed in escrow with a Government-nominated trustee under the procurement contract.
